Oh, I know the last time I weighed 127! I was in middle school! Okay, so I got all my measurements and everything. I am at 144 right now, down from 158 January 1st. My goal is 135. Think I can make it?
Since its my birthday and so far only I've eaten is a scone and 2 cookies (my officemates each made me cookies - chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia), I don't think I'm going anywhere near the scale for a few days...
You have an excuse it is your birthday!!! Besides they haven proven that super restrictive diets are worse because you crave and crave and then binge. So you win some you lose some. Hope you are having an awesome birthday so far :-)
